The conference was hosted by the China Association for Standardization and organized by the Data Intelligence Professional Committee of the China Association for Standardization, the Division of Languages and Communication of CPCE, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the School of Information Technology in Education of South China Normal University, and the Guangzhou Computer Society. As a supporting unit, the Asia-Pacific Association of Cognitive Intelligence (AACI) key personnel participated in the full schedule of the conference (as shown in Figure 1). Especially in terms of standardization development, Professor Kim Fung Tsang, AACI President and Director of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Standardization Innovation Center, gave a keynote speech titled \"Development of IEEE Consumer Technology Global Standards\" (as shown in Figure 2), which received enthusiastic responses from the audience.
