Call for nominations for 2023 AACI Young Scientist Award
Nominations are now open for the 2023 AACI Young Scientist Award. The AACI Young Scientist Award recognizes individuals those who have made outstanding achievements and important contributions in scientific research, technological invention, system development and application promotion in the field of artificial intelligence and perceptual cognitive technology. AACI accepts both nominations and self-nominations for the 2023 AACI Young Scientist Award, and the AACI award can also identify the potential candidates for the award.
Eligibility
1. The Young Scientist Award recognizes young scholars under the age of 40 for the year of nomination.
2. The award is awarded annually, and the number of domestic and foreign winners is not more than 5 each year.
Nominations must be submitted via the official email address: awards@aaci.org.hk, and the submitter will receive an email acknowledgment.
Please name the subject of the email as the following format: award name + candidate name + candidate’s affiliation.

Submissions
The nomination/self-nomination materials should include the following 6 parts:
1. Nomination basic details: Nominee name, affiliation, address, email, AACI membership number (if available). If the award is nominated by other people, please provide the nominator name, affiliation, address, email.
2. Nomination letter or reasons for self-nomination supporting the application (1 page).
3. List of representative publications in journals and conference proceedings as first author or corresponding author, which should be able to reflect personal research ability.
4. List of international services to the community of artificial intelligence and perceptual cognitive technology.
5. Justification of the nomination that describes the outstanding achievements of the nominee (max 3 pages).
6. Brief CV of the nominee.
Items 1-6 must be compiled into ONE pdf document for upload to the requested email.
